Bio

Lindsay is a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, vaginal steam facilitator, and learner of all things related to the menstrual cycle. She has been hosting period parties since age 4 when she stole all of her mom’s pads and stuck them to her stuffed animals for a tea party and her passion continued into college when she worked with a Tanzanian nonprofit to create reusable sanitary pads businesses in rural areas. She now explores the menstrual cycle by connecting with the cyclical patterns of nature within herself as a tool for healing and growth and encourages others to join her. Lindsay offers workshops centered around living cyclically and connecting to the inner lunar and seasonal cycles within the womb. She also offers one-on-one wild womb guidance sessions, vaginal steaming consultations, and yoga for your womb cycle packages. She is currently attending NYU for her Master’s in Social Work and with her trainings in trauma-informed yoga, all of her offerings are shared through a trauma-informed lens. Lindsay believes that humans are wild and cyclical beings, and that healing happens when you choose to flow in harmony with nature.
